Our coconut husk shredder is essential front-end crushing equipment for smart coir pith production lines, working alongside our coir fiber opener at the very beginning of the processing workflow. Optimized exclusively for coir pith and coir fiber manufacturing, this machine is engineered to deliver consistent high throughput and reliable long-running performance under continuous heavy-duty working conditions.
Adopting a robust dual-motor design of 37 kW × 2, it provides strong, balanced cutting power and effectively avoids overload issues during feeding. It can process 2–3 tons of raw coconut husk material per hour. The shredder crushes large, bulky coconut husks into uniformly sized fragments, turning oversized raw husks into qualified feedstock.
Well-prepared crushed husk material helps reduce the load on downstream coir fiber opening, sieving and impurity removal equipment. It creates ideal feeding conditions for the subsequent opening and cleaning procedures, stabilizes the whole production line, and supports stable low-EC coir pith output. It is a reliable crushing unit for commercial coir pith factories and full-set coir fiber utilization projects.
