Warranty Terms

Warranty for overseas customers is valid for one year from the date of shipment. The warranty period for major components is 12 months. If any quality issues occur with the hydraulic cylinder, motor, oil pump, hydraulic valves, or PLC within the warranty period, free repair service will be provided.

For auxiliary components such as fittings with oil leakage, electrical switches, and electrical elements, we provide technical guidance by phone. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by product quality, replacement parts will be supplied free of charge on an exchange basis (old parts returned for new ones).

The Seller shall provide replacement parts free of charge for components damaged due to product quality issues. The shipping cost for replacement parts shall be borne by the Buyer. For high-value components, the Buyer is required to return the defective parts to the Seller’s location. The Seller shall not be liable for machine failures or damage caused by improper use by the customer or force majeure.
