A large-scale sand washing plant in Chizhou, Anhui Province needed to handle a significant volume of slurry generated from daily sand washing operations. As a newly established plant, the client initially planned to subcontract the sludge treatment project to several different companies. However, they soon realized that working with multiple contractors would increase overall costs, complicate the process flow, and make it difficult to maintain unified service standards.

Project Implementation and Results
The project was equipped with four Meibang plate and frame filter presses. Meibang engineers conducted on-site planning and developed a customized sludge treatment solution tailored to the client’s specific requirements.
After the equipment was delivered to the site, our engineers assisted with installation and commissioning, and provided professional training for the operating staff. The installation and commissioning process was completed smoothly and efficiently.
